Câmara & Smith is a real estate consultancy company focused on the valuation of the property holdings of large national and international companies, institutional and governmental clients, as well as on agency services for the sale of rural properties.
Clients also include valuation firms and Chartered Surveyors from other countries, who require assistance with valuations and other assignments for their clients in South America.
The company is a valuation company registered on the Valuer Registration System of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors from the United Kingdom, which gives international support to its valuation assignments.
Valuations of rural and urban properties are undertaken either in accordance with the Brazilian Valuation Standards (ABNT) or with the international valuation standards (RICS Red Book and IVS).
