Carolina has been working in the hospitality industry for over fourteen years in multiple countries including Brazil, Ireland, Switzerland, Scotland, England and New Zealand.
She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with major in Hospitality Management at one of the most prestigious hospitality schools in the world – Les Roches, Switzerland.
Since then she has been working in the management of luxury hotels around the world. Her experience extends across sales, marketing, events, customer services, front office and general management meaning she has an exceptionally broad knowledge of the international hospitality industry.
Carolina returned to Brazil at the beginning of 2023 where she is focused on maintaining her father’s legacy. Raymond Smith was co-founder of Câmara & Smith and Carolina is now supporting the administration of the company.
