Experience
Paulo worked for nineteen years (1980 – 1999) at Mackenzie Hill, where he was responsible for consulting, valuations, investment sales, project and construction management, corporate services, sales and leasing of offices and industrial and commercial properties throughout South America.
He was Director of Corporate Services and Investments at Cushman & Wakefield in Brazil since 1999, dealing with real estate matters for Brazilian, North American and European companies (sale of real estate as investment, assistance to investors in the search for investment opportunities and in obtaining funds for financing real estate projects).
Since January 2002 Paulo has been working at his own company and since July 2012 he has been a partner of Raymond Smith at Câmara & Smith Consultores, both providing corporate real estate services.
Since March 2013, he has been a World Class Valuer (RICS VRS), which gives international validity to his property appraisals and has given Paulo a holistic view of appraisal activity, even when done outside the scope of international standards.
Conducts courses and seminars for training real estate professionals. He acts as a Technical Assistant in legal cases involving expropriation, renewals and revisions of rents and in 2023 completed his training as a Certified Mediator, pursuant to Resolution 125 of the National Council of Justice.
