Experience

Having worked for over forty years in property management, project and construction management, assessments, vocation studies and financial viability of developments, Raymond had experience in real estate of all types, including shopping malls, offices, hotels and industrial, and residential and rural properties.

He developed a deep knowledge of all aspects involved in the life cycle of properties, from the initial study of the economic and financial viability of land for developments, through construction and financing, until the commercialization of the resulting enterprize. 

Gained international experience in the acquisition and sale of properties and in the management of real estate in the United Kingdom and South America. Raymond started his career working in London for well-known companies (Richard Ellis and St Quintins). 

He moved to Brazil in 1979, working for the Vestey Group, where he was responsible for controlling and managing the group’s investments and real estate assets, which developed activities in agriculture, livestock and maritime transport in South America, in countries such as Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina and Uruguay. 

Raymond founded his own valuation and consulting company in 2000 and has since worked for large national and multinational groups throughout South America.
